Terry Davis v. Union Pacific Railroad Company

Mitchell Chaney tried a FELA case representing Union Pacific Railroad Company. Davis a carman who worked in Union Pacific Railroad’s Englewood yard, alleged he was permanently disabled because of two separate accidents. Partner Mitchell C.
