Partner Mitchell C. Chaney and Norton A. (Trey) Colvin, III of the firm defended the Constellation Defendants in this alleged tortious interference action filed by the Hino entities. This jury trial began on August 3, 2009, and Plaintiff’s case proceeded through August 5, 2009. At the close of Plaintiff’s case, the Court granted the Constellation Defendants’ Motion for Directed Verdict. Plaintiff has appealed.
