Clean Harbors, Inc., v. Union Pacific Corporation
Partners Norton A. Colvin, Jr. and Mitchell Chaney defended Union Pacific Railroad in an environmental indemnity business lawsuit filed on behalf of Clean Harbors. The lawsuit arose from damages sustained by Clean Harbors to remediate a site in Wichita, Kansas contaminated with hazardous waste. The suit was tried to a jury verdict after a three week trial in May 2017 in Superior Court in Wilmington, Delaware.
