Saenz assisted in the defense of Ford Motor Company in this case involving the death of both the driver and her passenger, sisters, in a 1999 Ford F-150 during a single-vehicle rollover. Plaintiffs and Cross-Plaintiffs alleged defects in the vehicle's door latch, glass/glazing materials, and restraints systems. Trial began on March 29, 2004, with jury selection, and continued until April 21, 2004, during jury deliberations, at which time the parties settled for a confidential amount.
