Eduardo Roberto Rodriguez assisted in the defense of 3M Company in a case involving the death of a 79-year old victim of both lung cancer and mesothelioma who had worked for a contractor of 3M at a 3M facility. Trial was set for and began on May 10, 2004, and settled for a confidential amount on May 12, 2004. 3M simultaneously had a claim for contractual indemnity pending against its contractor, Plaintiff's employer, which was resolved at the same time as Plaintiff's claims against 3M.
