(Tony) Rodriguez defended El Paso in this case arising from an accident involving a high-pressure gas well. Immediately prior to trial, certain procedural evelopments occurred, including a stipulation by all defendants as to liability and settlement of all claims except those of the wife, son and daughter of Mr. Solis against El Paso. A jury was picked on November 8, 2004, and trial proceeded, with settlement of the claims after three days of trial for a confidential amount on November 11, 2004.
