Hino Electric Holding Company, L.P. d/b/a Hino Electric v. City of Harlingen, Constellation Energy Services, Inc., Constellation New Energy, Inc. and Central Power & Light and CPL Retail Energy L.P., Cause No. 2006-10-5045-E in the 357th Judicial District Court of Cameron County, Texas; Judge Leonel Alejandro presiding. Partner Mitchell C. Chaney and Norton A. (Trey) Colvin, III of the firm defended the Constellation Defendants in this alleged tortious interference action filed by the Hino entities.  This jury trial began on August 3, 2009, and Plaintiff’s case proceeded through August 5, 2009.  At the close of Plaintiff’s case, the Court granted the Constellation Defendants’ Motion for Directed Verdict. 

Serving clients throughout South Texas, including cities such as Brownsville, McAllen, Corpus Christi, Laredo, San Diego, Alice, Kingsville, Rio Grande City, and Edinburg.
