Trial Activity

Dora E. Garza v. David Murphy and Packard Transportation, Inc., Cause No. 2004-09-4486-G in the 404th Judicial District Court of Cameron County, Texas.

Eduardo Roberto Rodriguez and Lecia L. Chaney were retained to substitute in and represent the Defendants in this trucking accident case less than two months prior to the scheduled trial date. A jury was selected on August 7, 2006, and opening statements followed by evidence began on August 14, 2006. After three days of trial the case settled for a confidential amount.
