Trial began with federal jury selection on November 2, 2010, and opening statements ne evidence began on November 15, 2010. On November 16, 2010, the jury found that Ross was entitled to a reasonable and necessary attorneys fee of $268,987.50, plus $6,657.42 in costs of suit, $6,600.00 in expert costs, and $50,000.00, $25,000 and $50,000.00 in potential appellate fees.
